Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed with AuraSignature, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order.

Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within one business day. If you place an order on Friday evening or during the weekend, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at AuraSignature is simple:

Click "Continue to Shipping" to review your address details.

All shipments are completely free of charge, as a token of appreciation to our customers.

Shipping Your Order

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Once an order is shipped, tracking information is provided so customers can monitor delivery.

If the carrier confirms that a package has been delivered to the provided shipping address, the order is considered fulfilled and responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received:

Verify your shipping address in the order confirmation.

Check with neighbors, household members, or building management in case someone received it on your behalf.

Contact the carrier directly for detailed delivery information.

While AuraSignature is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we will provide tracking details and assist in contacting the carrier to open an investigation.
